Songbook view

This panel is the entry point to visualize/edit songbooks.
A songbook is simply a selection of songs. It is used elsewhere in the application to:

Display sub-set of songs: When you browse to the Song Viewer panel from a songbook,the song displayed when you browse between songs are the song of the songbook.
Export: Some export task (like 'Android export' or 'Songbook in PDF') uses the current songbook as input.

You can change the current songbook with the combo-box in the toolbar.
The

add songs to songbook actions in other screens adds song to this current songbook.
To remove songs from the songbook, just select them in this panel and press

remove songs from songbook toolbar button.

Add a songbook	Add a new songbook
Rename the songbook	Rename the current songbook
Delete the songbook	Delete the current songbook
