Song List

This panel is the main entry point to manage the list of songs.
It displays a table containing all the songs defined in the application.
Form this table you can:

• Select some songs to do some actions on them (delete, add to current songbook, export, print...). See list of actions below.
• Add/Edit song data by triggering the Song details dialog.
• Display the song in the Song Viewer screen: simply double-click on a song or selected the song and move the the Song Viewer panel.
• Edit the text of a song: selected the song and move the the Song Editor panel.
• Add songs to current songbook: selected some song(s) and press the Add in songbook toolbar button.

Song data edition dialog

This dialog shows all data about a Song.This data is used to generate the 'header' part when song is displayed (title, singer, author, year ...).
The fields are:

• Singer: the singer of the song.
• Title: the title of the song.
• Prefix: First word of the song title when it should be omitted in sorting (usually 'The' or 'A').Leave it blank if not applicable.
• Authors: authors of the song with their contributions.
• Language: language of the song.
• Original language: When the song is a translation of another song, the language of the original song.
• Creation year: Creation year of the song.
• Capo position: Recommended position (fret number) of the capo.
• Info: additional info about the song (original title or a sentence which is often confused with the title).This info create extra entries in the PDF songbook index to enrich song referencing.
• Notes: Free text to keep info about the song.

In addition to the global actions, This panel defines the following specific actions:

New	Create new element.
New As	Create new element by copying the current.
Open	Open selected element.
Delete	Delete current element.

Move in song list actions

First	Go to first element of the list.
Previous Group	Go to previous group of elements of the list.
Previous	Go to previous element of the list.
Next	Go to next element of the list.
Next Group	Go to next group of elements of the list.
Last	Go to last element of the list.
